The Hellbreaker level in Doom: The Dark Ages contains a single collectible to find. The 11th level is primarily a mech level, and the mech sections do not contain collectibles. Collectibles in Doom: The Dark Ages take the form of secret codex entries, toys, and weapon skins, which can be found in each level. The total number of collectibles is displayed on a tracker on the map screen.
