Spire of Nerathul is Doom: The Dark Ages 14th level, which contains five total collectibles for you to find. Collectibles consist of toys, codex entries, and weapon skins that can be found located around most of the levels in Doom: The Dark Ages campaign.

This is a Dragon level, meaning that you will land and take off from several smaller areas. Leaving these areas will make it so you cannot return without restarting the level, so be mindful.
