A year after Marvel Rivals held its first closed alpha test, developer NetEase has announced that the Season 0 battle pass will be returning to the game. Ordinarily, battle passes in Marvel Rivals are only available for a certain amount of time, but players can unlock them at their leisure. Due to the Season 0 battle pass only being available to people who managed to get into the closed alpha test, this meant that later players were unable to access those rewards.
NetEase says that this will no longer be the case when the Galacta’s Gift event kicks off on May 15. This will be available once again for a limited time, and the price for this battle pass has increased to 590 Lattice–around $6 if you purchase the 100 and 500 Lattice currency bundles. The developer added that there are no free rewards in this battle pass–all rewards require the luxury battle pass–and it is considering bringing older battle passes back in the future at an increased price. “Any such plans will span at least two seasons and be priced at a minimum of 20% higher than the original seasonal rate,” NetEase explained on its blog.
The first Marvel Rivals battle pass originally cost 490 Lattice, and it offered several skins like the legendary Galactic Wings for Mantis and the Galactic Claw outfit for Black Panther. MVP highlight intros, sprays, emotes, and nameplates were also included in this battle pass. Below, you can see every free and premium reward available in Marvel Rivals Season 0 battle pass.
Since it launched in December 2024, Marvel Rivals has steadily expanded with new characters, cosmetics, and game modes.Thunderbolts skins have been added to the game and a recent balance updatehas made the Strategist class even deadlier.
