Lego has announced six new Super Mario-themed Lego sets launching later this year. Three of the new releases are Super Mario playsets based on recent entries in the video game series like Super Mario Wonder and Captain Toad’s Treasure Tracker, including a 1,251-piece playset based on the Castle Bowser boss fight from Super Mario Wonder. The other three are part of the Lego Mario Kart line and feature new racers like Wario and King Boo, new locations like Bowser’s Castle, and more. All six new LEGO Mario and Mario Kart sets launch on August 1, and we’ve got the full details on each one below. Preorders are not yet available, but they’re all listed on Lego’s online store, and you can wishlist them to be notified when they’re available.
$100 | Releases August 1
The largest of the new Lego Mario sets launching August 1, this playset builds into the large floating Bowser Head boss players face off against in Super Mario Wonder. The set comes with figures of Prince Florian, Bowser Jr., and Pink Yoshi. It features interactive elements that are compatible with the interactive Mario, Luigi, and Princess Peach Lego figures (not included).
$30 | Releases August 1

The Party at Toad’s House lets you build a cozy mushroom home, two toad figures, and a tiny party scene with a birthday cake, balloons, and a record player.
$15 | Releases August 1

This playset features figures of Captain Toad, a Goomba, and a Turnip. It lets you build a simple camping scene with a tent and campfire, plus a section of ancient ruins with a movable bridge. You can also build Captain Toad’s backpack and headlamp accessories. The set features interactive stage elements that can be added to other Lego Super Mario playsets.
$55 | Releases August 1

If you’re looking to start your Lego Mario Kart collection, this starter set gets you the interactive Mario figure and a buildable kart for him to drive, plus gameplay pieces you can use to create your own race courses. The Mario figure is compatible with other interactive Lego Super Mario and Mario Kart playsets.
$100 | Releases August 1

The scene is based on the many Bowser’s Castle race courses seen in the Mario Kart series. It comes with figures of Bowser and Yoshi and buildable go-kart vehicles for them to drive. The centerpiece of the scene is a giant spiky gate with a flaming ramp and movable Thwomp enemy. It also includes other gameplay pieces and fiery obstacles you can use to customize your own race course.
$55 | Releases August 1

If you want to fill out your roster of Lego Mario Kart racers, this pack adds Wario and King Boo to your collection. You’ll get both characters and their personalized vehicles, plus gameplay pieces like turtle shells and safety cones.
These are just the latest Super Mario and Mario Kart Lego sets announced. Lego launched the new Mario Kart line earlier this year with a selection of racers like Donkey Kong, Blue Yoshi, Baby Mario, and Baby Luigi, and a race course playset like the Grand Prix Set. Like other Mario Lego kits, the Mario Kart sets can combine with the Lego Super Mario starter sets that include electronic Mario, Luigi, or Peach figures that turn the playsets into interactive levels and race tracks like those you play through in the video games. Check the list below for a look at all the Lego Mario Kart sets released so far, or head over to Lego’s online store to see the full lineup of Mario-themed kits.
