This week has been a flurry of announcements, and at long last, it’s time to see what Xbox has up its proverbial sleeve. The Xbox Games Showcase has officially kicked off, and like previous years, we’ll be recapping the entire event with a look at the biggest announcements to come out of this livestream.

So what can we expect to see? Overall, 2025 has been one of the better years to be an Xbox fan thanks to a steady cadence of first-party game releases, but there’s still a lot more to come. We could do with an update on the oft-delayed Fable 4, a tease for the next Call of Duty, and a fresh look at Gears of War: E-Day. Other highly anticipated games include the Perfect Dark reboot, the long-in-development State of Decay 3, and the BioShock-like Clockwork Revolution, to name a few.

Double Fine has also hinted that it’s up to something, and while we don’t expect to see it, anything regarding The Elder Scrolls 6 will make for some welcome news.
