Forza Horizon 5 launched on PS5 a few weeks ago, bringing cross-platform play to the first-party Xbox game. To mark the occasion, Forza is getting an Xbox-PlayStation hybrid livery for the Lamborghini Revuelto, an unlockable car in the game’s new Realms update.
Boasting the trademark bright blue of PlayStation and neon green of Xbox, the livery is meant to celebrate “more players driving together,” now that the game is no longer an Xbox console exclusive. As stated in a press release, “Lamborghini and Forza have joined forces to create a powerful symbol of unity: a first-of-its-kind livery, designed for a vibrant driving community, that is only getting bigger.”

The livery is only usable on the new Revuelto, which can be earned in Horizon Realms by winning the Horizon Stadium circuit race. The livery, meanwhile, is unlocked via share code 687 884 132. This can be entered by selecting “Find New Designs” in the Designs and Paint tab in the Garage customization menu.
The livery doesn’t include any specific symbols or icons related to PlayStation–getting the PS5 button symbols into an Xbox-published and -owned game was probably a bridge too far–but it is still remarkable to see an Xbox first-party game promoting cross-platform play so explicitly.
It’s the latest example of Microsoft’s effort to publish more of its games on more platforms. This initiative has been successful, at least in recent months: Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella revealed that it was the top publisher on the PlayStation Store based on preorders, driven by Forza Horizon 5, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, and the soon-to-be-released Doom: The Dark Ages.
