After getting hit with a delay that bumped its launch out of 2024, Little Nightmares 3 finally has an official release date: October 10. The standard edition has been available to preorder since 2023, but now fans have four editions to choose from, including the Amazon-exclusive Mirror Edition. The $110 edition of Little Nightmares 3 is bound to be a popular pick, as it comes with an assortment of collectibles that are likely to appeal to franchise’s dedicated fanbase. Amazon-exclusive editions of games tend to be hot commodities in general, and this one looks pretty awesome and reasonably priced. Little Nightmares 3 will be available on Switch 2, Switch, PlayStation, Xbox, and PC at launch.
Physical editions are only available in the US on Switch 2, Switch, PS5, and Xbox Series X. That said, Little Nightmares 3 has a compelling preorder promotion that’s only available to those who buy the digital edition.
Little Nightmares 3 Preorder Bonuses
If you preorder a digital copy of Little Nightmares 3 for PlayStation, Xbox, or PC, you’ll get instant early access to Little Nightmares Enhanced Edition ahead of its October release. This offer isn’t available on Switch or Switch 2. PS4 and Xbox One players can take advantage of this offer, but since the Enhanced Edition is only available on current-gen consoles, you won’t be able to play it until you upgrade to PS5 or Series X|S.
It’s worth noting that you won’t necessarily miss out on the free Enhanced Edition if you preorder a physical copy. Bandai Namco is offering the Enhanced Edition as a free upgrade to owners of the original when it launches alongside Little Nightmares 3 on October 10. So you’ll be missing out on early access, not the game itself.
All physical and digital edition preorders come with the Dark Six Costumes Set to customize the appearance of the game’s two protagonists.
$110 | Releases October 10

The Amazon-exclusive Mirror Edition costs $110 and includes all of the digital content found in the $60 Deluxe Edition as well as a handful of collectibles. The Mirror Edition comes with a cool Little Nightmares 3-themed collector’s box. Inside, you’ll find a vibrant steelbook case, miniature statue with Low and Alone figurines, a paperback art book, and more. You can preorder the Mirror Edition for PS5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch.
- Low and Alone Figurine (12cm)
- Steelbook Case
- Art Book
- Original Soundtrack on CD
- Sticker Set
- Themed Box
- Base game in standard plastic case
- Deluxe Edition in-game content
- 2 additional chapters as DLC
- Residents Costumes Pack – 4 Characters, 4 Costumes each
- Ferryman Costumes Set
- Dark Six Costumes Set (Preorder Bonus)
You’re essentially paying $50 for the collection of merch, which seems like a pretty good deal, especially when compared to some other collector’s editions in the $100 price range.
The figurine might be considered the marquee item in the Mirror Edition for many fans, but we also want to shout out the steelbook’s heartwarming design. Low is on the front cover, and Alone is on the back. Each character is reaching out for the other, so opening the case allows them to find their partner.
$60 | Releases October 10

If you don’t need the collectible goodies but want to play the post-launch DLC chapters, check out the $60 Deluxe Edition for Nintendo Switch 2, Switch, PS5, and Xbox Series X. Along with the pair of DLC campaign add-ons, the physical Deluxe Edition comes with a bunch of extra costumes beyond the Dark Six Costumes preorder bonus. Here’s the full breakdown of the Deluxe Edition:
- Physical edition for Switch 2, Switch, PS5, or Xbox Series X
- 2 post-launch campaign chapters
- Residents Costumes Pack – 4 Characters, 4 Costumes each
- Ferryman Costumes Set – 2 Costumes
- Dark Six Costumes Set (Preorder Bonus)
$40 | Releases October 10

The standard physical edition is available to preorder for $40 on PS5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch. The physical edition for Nintendo Switch 2 isn’t available to preorder yet, but we will update this story once it is live.
There’s one last edition up for grabs, though it’s exclusive to the Bandai Namco Store. The Spiral Premium Edition costs $140, but it gets you everything from the Mirror Edition plus the following:
- Nome controller holder
- Music base
- Collectible coin
The large controller holder is the highlight here, though the double-sided collectible coin would make for a cool knick-knack to toss on your desk. Additionally, the Little Nightmares 3 Diorama is still available, and it’s worth a look if you’re a longtime fan. It’s quite small at around 6 inches tall and 3 inches wide, but the collectible is limited to just 1,999 units.
Want to catch up on the action ahead of October 10? Preowned versions of Little Nightmares 2 are available for cheap at GameStop, though you’ll also find copies at Amazon. You don’t necessarily need to have played the first two games before diving into the third, though you’ll likely catch small details you’d otherwise miss–and since they both earned solid reviews, they’re certainly worth a quick playthrough.
