David is a returning character from the Black Ops franchise, having starred as the protagonist of Black Ops 2 and appearing in the battle royale mode of the multiplayer-centric installment Black Ops 4. He’s gotten a glow-up since then though, and is now portrayed by Milo Ventimiglia, who audiences might know from his time as Peter Petrelli in Heroes, Jack Pearson in This Is Us, or Jess Mariano in Gilmore Girls(!!).

David’s back in Black Ops 7 and once again appears to be in pursuit of Raul Menendez, Black Ops 2’s villain. This time, he has a newly assembled JSOC team, which also includes some familiar faces from the series’ past.
